Most shops open at $75,000–$100,000 before they understand what you actually need. Tell us the idea and your number — we'll scope the build to fit it, free.
WHAT WE BUILD
Everything is built from scratch around what your business actually does — then priced against what you can invest.
Mobile apps
Native-feeling iOS and Android people actually keep on the home screen.
Web platforms
Dashboards, portals and internal tools that hold up under real use.
Marketing sites
Fast, beautiful sites built to convert — not just to look good in a mockup.
Online stores
Sell products, subscriptions or services without duct-taping five plugins.
Internal tools
The scheduling, inventory or ops system you've been running on spreadsheets.
AI features
Assistants, automation and search that do real work instead of demos.
THE USUAL QUOTE
That number was never the work. It's the markup.
We're a small senior team without an agency layer to feed. You tell us the budget; we tell you exactly what we can build inside it — and we're honest when the answer is “phase one only.”
HOW IT WORKS
Tell us the idea and the number
Two minutes, no call required. You describe what you want and what you can invest. Nothing gets priced before we understand it.
We scope it to fit — free
You get a written scope with what's in, what's out, and what it costs. If your budget only covers phase one, we say so plainly.
We build in visible pieces
You see working software early and often, not a silent three-month gap ending in a reveal.
You own all of it
Code, accounts, domains. No hostage situations, no per-seat rent to look at your own data.
WHERE YOU LAND
Honest ranges, not a pricing page designed to hide the number until you're on a call.
QUESTIONS
Is there really no minimum budget?
There's no minimum to get a scope and an honest answer. Below about $5,000 we'll usually recommend a focused first phase rather than a full build — and we'll tell you that instead of stretching the work to fit the invoice.
Why are you cheaper than the agencies?
We're small, senior and we don't carry an account-management layer. Most six-figure quotes are structure, not engineering. You're paying for the build, not the org chart.
What if I don't know what I need?
Most people don't at the start, and that's fine. Describe the problem in plain language and we'll translate it into features, phases and a number.
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything gets handed over — repositories, hosting, domains, accounts. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, nothing stops you.
How fast can you start?
Usually within a week or two of an agreed scope. Tell us your timeline in the brief and we'll be straight about whether we can hit it.
Two minutes to send. A real scope and a real number back — no pressure, no six-figure ambush.
